  1. Thanks Scott. I think I will try after this month. I only weigh myself once a month. I really do enjoy them! I do not drink milk but I do add about 2 oz. of heavy cream to my morning coffee. I am not willing to go without coffee and it's awful without the cream. I have been using allulose as a sweetener but have found that it really does not taste like anything. Until I started carnivore life I used (for about 50 years) 2-3 sweet n low's and may also add that. I have done a lot of research about the sweet n low and it seems to be mixed opinions. It doesn't effect blood sugar but Dr. Ken Berry indicates it may not be good for gut biome (whatever that is.)

  3. I am on my second month into carnivore life. I have tried to keep as pure as possible. Prior to this I really enjoyed half sour pickles which I made myself. These are just small pickles brined in a salt brine. No vinegar. Would one a day maintain my weight loss momentum. How about 3-4 a week? Seeking any/or opinions. Thank you
