About Me
After eating mostly vegetarian (no meat, but some fish and eggs) for many years, I decided to go carnivore because chronic health issues were not improving. I was inspired by watching Dr. Anthony Chaffee and Dr. Robert Kiltz on Youtube, and by seeing many testimonials of success stories.
The health improvements I’m looking for still elude me, but I’m committed to the carnivore diet because my inner voice tells me it’s the right food for nourishing my body. I’m following my intuition. I’m also very interested in all aspects of lifestyle outside of food choices that contribute to living a happy, healthy, balanced life--mind, body, heart and soul.
