Hello everyone i am new on forums and also new to carnivore (7days so far) my question is how i get enought fat ? i read u need minium 1to1 ratio but how is that possible when everything has more protein than fat ? like this meat i eat 100g have 21g protein and only 4.5fat i did quick calculations and what i eat in a day is 3eggs,250g meat and 600g chicken wings so thats like total about 170protein and 104 fat if my local store website is right (or i am calculating it wrong) also i heard about protein poisonin ? is my current amount of protein and fat ok ?
