Carnivore didn’t fail you. Lean meat did.
Every week someone quits and says the same thing: “My body told me it needed carbs.” Then you ask what they were actually eating. Lean steak. Chicken breast. Egg whites. Fasting until noon. Fat trimmed off “for the physique.” Honey fixed it. Bread showed up in the dreams.
That’s not proof carnivore is unsustainable. That’s rabbit starvation with a meal-prep lid on it. A full plate of lean protein and an empty fuel tank. Trapper manuals described it 200 years ago. Butter would have fixed it. The fat cap they threw away would have fixed it.
