  3. Could be wrong, but sounds like you could be drinking out of boredom and not thirst. Try restricting liquids until you desire water. I have the feeling any liquid craving other than water is not a thirst issue. "Sick of drinking water" is like being sick of breathing air.

  7. That's totally fine then, hopefully by the time you finish the sugar diet someone will have popularized a keto candy diet. I do know the filipinos pour sugar on their spaghetti and they love it. Anyway wherever your diets takes you I hope you do well.

    I am overseas right now and tried two very little air fried crickets and at first they reminded me of eating wheat right out of the husk. AND then the after taste, they suck. I'm out.

  14. I do believe you need to know your energy intake and expenditure if you want to reach a weight goal without a lot of wasted time. The fact that you are limited to burger and eggs will make it easier. Keep your exercise routine the same. weight yourself on day one. Eat a measured amount of burger and eggs everyday for a week or two and reassess your weight/composition. then adjust your weekly intake according to your goals. good luck
  15. "pretty good at keeping snacking in check" Eat fatty beef with butter if need be, until you have to push your plate away. Snacking is the last thing on my mind when doing that.

  19. not a lot of details in your post to go by. Might suggest shaking up your routine. I've been in a fat stall for some time now. I look at it as I need to get even more disciplined with my intake and walking etc. Keep in mind a stall is a lot better than gaining weight.
  20. What is a inhumane beef industry? Cattle get medical attention and all water and food they can eat delivered, year around. Compare that to a wild animals life of routine hunger and a death we humans couldn't bear.
  21. Just one chic fillet meal was costing me $17 and making me fat. I can buy meat at 8 dollars or less per pound.
  22. I ate two oreo sized cookies a couple of months ago and 3 minutes later it felt like a rocket was trying to launch out of my stomach. Luckily it only lasted about 20 minutes.
