  1. How often do you exercise and what kind of exercise do you do? For me I play hockey once a week. I lift weights maybe once or twice a week but trying to get back into a rhythm. I recently started kickboxing classes, hoping to utilize that once a week for some additional cardio to hockey.
  2. How long have you been following the diet? How did you discover it? What made you want to do it?
  3. What are some of your more unique breakfast recipe ideas for the carnivore diet that mimic traditional breakfast items. The Breakfast Waffle was an idea I saw recently. Although it’s more like an omelette in taste, it looks like a waffle. Ingredients are pretty simple: eggs, breakfast sausage, and butter. And of course a waffle iron to get the waffle look. Any other ideas or recipes you utilize?
