    Greetings all. I am new to the Carnivor life style. Hoping to gain knowledge here and increase the quality of my health and life. My goals are to: Lower my current A1c of 8.9 loose 60- 80 pounds Get off 3 Diabetic meds and insulin Get off most blood pressure meds. Reverse fatty liver I know it will take some time to accomplish all of the above but I only have the rest of my life to do it.
