Hi all, 50 year old male, spent 40 years as a vegetarian. Decided to add meat back into my diet. I began full carnivore last week after my scales told me I'm 100kg, now down to 91.1kg. I eat beef and eggs cooked in tallow with salt and drink only water. I usually eat once a day in the evening. The problem is that I'm not always hungry, which I guess is a good thing. My last meal was on Saturday of 450g of minced beef with 6 eggs cooked in tallow and a table spoon of butter. I could only manage to eat half as I was so full. It's now Monday and I still do not feel hungry. Is this normal or should I force myself to eat? Thanks.
