  1. Thank you Scott. I agree that there is a time and place for traditional allopathic medicine. One place they excel is trauma care! My biggest dream would be for doctors' training to be less supportive of the pharmaceutical industry ( unfortunately they do the majority of the funding) and focus more on prevention through truly the healthy diets and environments. I hope that is the future for our next generations. Thanks for the well wishes.
  2. Bob , I can't thank you enough for your comments. I have a feeling you have given me great info. I will be having the urine test run on Monday so they can see what lab draws they want to order. I have found the less I eat the more comfortable I am. Tried a hamburger patty last night and noticed more discomfort late evening. Could just be a coincidence. I'll update when I have lab results. It is so great to have a community - especially when we don't have medical teams today who seem to understand alternatives perspectives.😊
  3. I have been mostly carnivore for nearly 2 years and was doing very well first year. Then started eating bad carbs occasionally. Started going backwards and gained about 15 lbs. Started having consistent lower back issues about 6 months ago and was seeing chiropractor every other week. Just recently began having a lost of discomfort in the kidney area. I believe I may be experiencing kidney disease so will be scheduling blood work this week. Until I know more I stopped my carnivore diet and for past 3 days have eaten not much of anything. I was so encouraged to listen to the video by Bob. I am concerned my current doctor may not be opened minded enough to work wiith me outside of their current mindset. My doctor is a ND but using conventional lab ranges rather than l holistic ranges. I am concerned I may have unknowingly had not optimum kidney health when I began carnivore and done some real damage.
