I would say I have been on the leaner side but this is visible fat around my mid section that I have worked very hard to keep off.
I have recently just been eating ground beef patty’s in the morning and the ribeye with butter at night, sometime depending on the size of the ribeye i will have ground beef or some shrimp with it. Trying to say close to 2lbs of meat per day I feel like that should at least be near my maintenance calories. 2 times a day is all i eat and I also eat dinner around 6 so I have a good 3-4 hours before bed.
I do not drink anything other than water, no caffeine, alcohol, just water.
I do not think i need more of a work out I am already averaging 5 sessions a week., I could add in some walking but i just recently decided to take a break, thinking my body has been taxed for so long.
I have not seen any of the benefits of this diet, weight is coming on. Sleep is okay, I still wake up during the night 6-7 hours a on average, energy is lacking, nap often on the weekend, brain fog still here, headaches.
