  6. Yay! Happy to have you! I’m a noobie too and doing the same classic carni as you are. The forum is great for accountability. and a sense of community is really important when doing a WOE like this, especially if no one in your circle is on the same page (my case). 10. How do you guys feel about raw milk on carnivore? I (20F 5’7 130lbs) workout quite regularly and will be adhering to strict carnivore best I can. I’m not looking to lose too much weight, but then again I’ve heard testimonials about men and women body recomping (weight staying the same on the scale but losing pants sizes/ clothes fitting looser) on carnivore without even having to strength train. Thoughts and opinions??? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  18. Thank you! I totally understand falling off routines. Bulk of all my paychecks go to grocery’s, and being around 3 other people in my household who consume SAD. It can be tough, but I find myself just craving more and more meat. Tried lamb shank yesterday for the first time (so amazing). I’m really happy to be here! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. 20F here. I’m a newb through and through. Been dealing with my own health and gut issues that I’ve decided to take into my own hands this past year or so. This truly seems like the holy grail! Ive been heavy meat based recently to try and ease myself into it, I’ve already noticed how I didn’t get sick this back to school season (it’s literally like clockwork). I’m so excited to see where this takes me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Hiiii people. I am very new to this lifestyle. Had my own slew of health issues like many of you all, while being only 20. I’ll save ya the sob story but I found carnivore and REALLY want to try it out. The seed has been rooted and it grows stronger everyday. It’s hopeful. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
