    World Carnivore Month" is an informal, community-driven initiative started by advocates of the carnivore (or animal-based) diet, such as Dr. Shawn Baker and others in the low-carb/keto community. It began around 2018–2019 as a 31-day challenge encouraging people to eat only animal products (like meat, eggs, and sometimes dairy) to promote the diet's potential health benefits and raise awareness.
