  1. Going good thanks. Randomly our maccers burgers are 100% beef. The burgers from the butchers, like the hand made ones, have rusk in. I think its just the traditional way they make them here.
  2. Sounds good. I'll give it a go for sure, when i finish what i'm on atm. Yeah i think Glokta is actually most peoples fav from looking online, he's mine too
  3. I've read Hobb and various other big names like Brent Weeks etc too. Not read Brett though i'll give it a look. If you've not tried it listen to the blade itself audio books. The best narrator i've ever listened to, basically what got me into it. He does amazing voices for all the characters and really brings them to life. Thats a cool picture. Did you read the comic they put out?
  4. "body found floating by the docks?" yes it is! I also have 9 fingers as well, but its my fav book series.
  5. thanks mate good idea.
  6. Nice Scott thanks mate.
  7. Thank's for reply Geoff. Ah thats a bit annoying, i guess i'll have to make my own then because they all seem to have that in over here, even in the supermarkets.
  8. Hello everyone, hope you're well. I'm going to be starting carnivore tomorrow, once i've gone to the butchers and stocked up. I did keto for a year (i fell off last Christmas unfort. ) and i felt really good on it, so looking forward to trying this. A question if anyone reads this and knows the answer, please. I see a lot of people are eating burger patties. Are these home made ones? Because the ones from the butcher contain rusk, which i assume is bad? Or is it likely a small enough amount not to be off issue? Thank you for any replies. Tom
