Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsThis Monday night we’re having a worship/prayer meeting at Church, but maybe next Monday can zoom in, thanks for the invite! How many are in it?
-
Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsThanks for that info, Redmonds and Maldon’s are my favorites also, Maldon’s is the best and cleanest tasting salt I’ve ever tried and I use their smoked salt also!

Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsThanks again for your replies, if I may ask, what Brand of Mag Glycinate do U take, I may try that next time around? And how much of the KetoChow were U doing daily when had problem, I’ve been using 1 dropper full and on my blood test my potassium, magnesium and sodium all showed normal according to their standards, and like U I use a lot of salt. (what brand do U use?)
Are U on FB? And tell me more about your Zoom meetings please? Hope that’s not too many questions, but U keep answering them so I keep asking lol

Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsFirst of all, thank U for adding me to your prayer list, I have prayed for you as well after hearing your journey 🙏🏼
I am taking high quality Magnesium Taurate, and the other a mixture of Taurate, Glycinate, and Malate, one cap of each before bedtime, all supposed to be the best for the heart from what I’ve read..
I am currently not taking potassium except in a water that is enhanced with minerals and electrolytes which I just started drinking instead of the Rambler carbonated mineral water I was drinking. Thanks for the warning ⚠️ on potassium, please which electrolyte supplement were U when it got so high, I want to avoid that one??
Lastly, I quit dairy yesterday for awhile except butter and some heavy cream, and seem to feel a difference already, time will tell, amen? 🙏🏼 Thanks again for responding and for your insight and input, U are a blessing at this time I’m in! When I heard U talking about your ill experience specifically with the Metoprolol, I was Amazed to say the least because I was going thru the EXACT same thing at that very time and still am!! I showed my wife Vanessa your experience and she also was amazed at how God put that in my face (via Kerry) at that very time! I dont Know if U can see it, but another fellow here said he is also going thru the same thing with the Metoprolol, Wow! 😮 Blessings Geoff, all input is welcome any time! Lord willing, I may be interviewed by Dave Mac someday too, when I have enough to report! 🤔

Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsThanks for the reply, I did get off the med in about a 2 wk span by my own choice and I had to take 1/4 of the reg dosage because heart was beating around 40bpm, tho the doc at the ER and also my Cardiologist both said don’t have to, my Cardiologist even said he’d like to know where I heard that because he was totally clueless about it! 😳 Anyway I’ve been totally off it for almost a week and gonna have to stay off.. I’ve been praying Geoff to get off the med for some time now and am looking to my Lord and Savior Jesus by Whose stripes I am healed! I am and have been taking a good magnesium supplement for the heart and was taking potassium also but neither have corrected the very irregular beat and palpitations.. I asked about dairy because I’ve been doing cottage cheese, sour cream straight out the container, and for a week or so was drinking A2 milk because I Love and crave dairy on Carnivore, and I’m wondering if the carbs, little as they may be, maybe be affecting me.. So I’m getting off dairy for awhile Lord willing! And I do quite a bit of butter also and may keep doing that unless I decide to try the Lion diet like my friend Dante Ferrigno.. Thanks again Geoff, I believe it was a God thing that I saw your video with Kerry at this time! Any further input is welcome!

Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsMy heart rate was 40 avg but now actually high at 95 avg since off Metoprolol for 6 days now, and still very irregular beating and palpitations, so I’m hoping and praying that will normalize, and the same for U as well, let me know how it goes! So you’re doing Carnivore? Where U at in NY, I lived in Upstate for 20 yrs (Binghamton) near the PA border and spent a lot of time in Brooklyn and Queens doing Ministry work, am in Louisiana now..

Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsOh not at all, that is how I found U on here! Another fellow replied here and said he’s been having the same problem as myself, must not be uncommon! Your real name is Geoff correct? Since getting off the Metoprolol now for 6 days my pulse is no longer in the 40’s and is actually around 95 avg, and I’m still having very irregular beat and palpitations and they have me on a monitor for a week.. Do U or did U take low dose aspirin? Do U do dairy? 🤔
-
Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsThanks for that info, Were U interviewed by Kerry Mann and Dave Mac?
-
Rodney got a reaction from Bob in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsI was told by the cardiologist to Stop taking the Metoprolol med I’d been taking for 8 yrs because my heart rate bumped down to 40 bpm because being on Carnivore apparently is healing my heart and I don’t need the med anymore! But I still have the symptoms mentioned in the title, tho the pulse is no longer so low since 3 days being off the med, it’s actually high at around 95 bpm.. I have hope that the heart will be healed of the skipped beats etc if I keep on Carnivore, been on 3 mos thus far, anybody got any input??

Rodney reacted to Geezy in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsI’m just taking a magnesium Glycinate 350 mg. I don’t know for sure if it’s helping my heart or if it’s just the natural progression of this WOE but I’ve been noticing that what few palpitations that I was experiencing have diminished even more.
When I first started on carnivore I was taking LMNT and then later on I switched over to KetoChow. It was the KetoChow I was on when my potassium got so high. It might have been high on the LMNT but I hadn’t gotten a blood test while on it.
When people talk about taking an electrolyte supplement I like to tell them to make sure they really need it. Get a blood test done and find out if you are deficient.
Potasium can also cause you to lose sodium and mine was low but after stopping KetoChow my potassium levels dropped to normal and my sodium came up to normal.
My sodium always stays on the low side of normal do I liberally salt my food and even put some in my water when I’m going to be working in the hot Texas sun all day.
Anytime you think you’re ready I can give you Dave’s email and Kerry’s email so you can contact them.
When I did my first interview I didn’t think I really had much of a story to tell. After all, there’s so many great and miraculous stories out there in the carnivore community but I finally got the nerve up to contact Dave and I was surprised by the comments how much my story resonated with so many people.
We often think that we are insignificant in this world and for the most part we may be but God will put us in a position to touch someone else’s life if we allow Him to. We have to always be ready when He does that whether it’s online or on the street. We never know who we might touch so we must always be ready with a kind word and wisdom from our Lord.
Consider joining us in our weekly Zoom meanings on Monday night. It would be nice to have you join us.

Rodney reacted to Geezy in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsThis is what I’m using right now. My wife picked it up for me at one of the health food stores in my area. It’s not the cleanest in the ingredients and I’m going to see if I can find something cleaner but if not I’ll just stick with it.
I was using about a one teaspoon three times a day in my water.
I have different brands of salt that I use depending on what I’m doing with it.
For cooking and to put in my water I use Redmonds.
For certain dishes like omelets and gravies I’ll like my truffle sea salt. Very tasty.
For putting on my meats I like Maldon’s Flaked Salt. It’s my favorite.
Since your numbers are in the normal range then I wouldn’t worry about it and just keep doing what you’re doing as long as it’s working for you.
Don’t concern yourself with asking too many questions. That’s what we’re here for, to help each other out and I’m happy to help any way I can.

Rodney reacted to Terry in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsNever stop telling your story! You are bringing people into the healthiest way of eating they can do for themselves. We all have to tell our stories over and over until we remove all the myths and stigma about Carnivore, and how most people eat so poorly and with a few simple changes they could be living a better life.

Rodney reacted to Geezy in Irregular heartbeat and palpitationsI’m an Afiber. Bob here did an interview with me about how carnivore has helped to reverse my heart disease.
2 months in on carnivore my cardiologist took me off of Metropolol because my diet had brought my BP down to normal levels but the drug was bringing me down too low artificially.
Six months later he took me off of my other heart med, Flecinide, and said he only wants to see me once a year now.
I rarely have and heart palpitations or PVC’s anymore.
I have been a carnivore for 691 days.
