Yeah, I do the same sometimes, it all depends on your issues, in my case thats IBD so any plant material is a risk. Some guys won't even grate a little pepper. Hard to know where to draw the line. I'd hate to give up coffee and that's plant material right? ..... but thats a whole topic on it's own.

I quit coffee and went to tea and then about a year ago I quit the tea. Turns out I never really needed it. I wake up just fine now with no stimulants.
