Santa came early and brought me my choice of blue cats. I just took two and dressed them. This evening I had a couple filets with pork panko, fried in bacon grease. I'll have the rest boiled with butter. One of the old girls that comes in the store brought me a quart of pickled quail eggs. ~Happy Camper~

Back in Europe, we've always had to carry a quarter when going shopping for groceries. I eventually learned how to use a plastic stirring stick to "trick" the lock. The not bagging of groceries is also a very normal thing. I like bagging my own because they would squash the bread under a milk carton. Not that I live that life anymore.

Good point, I don't carry any change either. Maybe check the sofa? It's one of those places designed for impulse purchases. Big lots with groceries. They don't bag your stuff either, which I don't mind because sometimes the people bagging the groceries either don't care or they just need better training because they don't seem to understand that bananas don't do well under a 5lb roast.
