I was successful back in the 90’s with Atkins diet for ten years but because it allowed carbs in it was always a struggle to control them. In time I started allowing carb creep to overcome me and then some back problems hit me and I just gave up. It taught me that I’m just better off abstaining. That’s why I’m as strict as I am. Just too weak. -

You haven't suffered in a White Castle then, lol. I used to hate McDonald's. But now that I am a carnivore, I think their plain quarter pound patties are the best among fast food establishments. I used to eat Wendy's but now I can't. McDonald's has won my tastebuds over. -
