    Ajonous Vonderplanitz cured his cancer eating steaks that were 1 year old in refridgerator. I've eaten rotten meat without issue because there are no harmful bacteria, only poisonings.

    I eat raw meat all the time, especially, beef and salmon.

    Just get some thick cushy insoles like gels with arch supports. Having room in your boots will help keep your feet warmer.

    Potassium takes water out of the body and sodium keeps water in the body. Are you getting enuf salt. Are you drinking alot of coffee or eating high potassium foods? Have you checked the side effects of all your medications?
