I am greatly inspired by Geoff’s story and wanted to join this group to continue my carnivore journey. I am a 69 years old retired professor in geology. Had a heart attack three years ago. My left ventricular is expanded and EF was as low as 17% then. My CAC score is over 1400, with 30-60% blockages…. Geoff’s recovery from his heart problems through carnivore diet is just remarkable! I have been on carnivore since June 2024, feel better, but still am struggling to get my EF back to normal. After hearing Geoff’s story, I am convinced that I can heal myself through carnivore diet. I wanted to be part of this group, learn and share carnivore experiences.
