  1. Geoff, just reviewed your video on No Carb Life and learned from a carnivore nutritionist that vitamin C is an excellent solution for constipation that's been a problem for you. Take 2-5 grams (2000-5000mg) a day to find your range that works for you. You can take a lot of it so don't worry. Dr. Zoe Harcombe is a brilliant source for all nutrition carnivore.
