Monitoring my BGL

It could be a very long story, so here it is short. I use the Liber CGM (2 plus model) and my finger stick glucometer is the Relion Primeer. So how accurate are they. Of to the lab via Own Your Labs for a fasting blood gluecose. Glucometer and test strips with me.

CGM 82 mg/dL

Glucometer 98 mg/dL

Lab Corp 99 mg/dL

So 98 verses 82, a 20 % difference. Thre more finger sticks and each is very close to 20 % more than my CGM.

Therefore;:

(CGM reading) X 1.2 = adjusted BGL

I am very sure of this. So I convert my CGM now.

This morning my CGM reports a 7 day average BGL of 80.

80 x 1.2 = 96 mg/dL. So back to going after my 84 mg/dL target.
