Progress
114lbs. It’s not about the weight for me (although I do enjoy having a flatter tummy on carnivore), more about wanting to sleep better and have more energy.

I’m going to try eating when hungry instead of sticking to a fasting schedule. And eating less. I think I eat too much when intermittent fasting because I get scared of getting hungry, and I believe that eating so much in one meal may be causing histamine reactions. I’ll see how it goes. It’s all experimentation at the moment.

Today: 11:15 am: Bacon and egg sandwich with plenty of butter on bread made from ground chicken, ground pork rinds, eggs and a bit of baking soda. Muffin made of same as bread but with more liquid in the batter. 4:15: Same as above. Lots of butter I splurged and got some raw butter from pastured cows. Tastes so good - like cream!

Thanks guys. That’s helpful. I was asking for my daughter who got it delivered along with her regular order of wonderful cuts. I’ll pass on the information to her. Much appreciated.

Hi. This bacon is pasture raised but is cured with salt, sugar, maple syrup, corn syrup solids. Stay away from it? Any thoughts?

I'm going to try having some tea right now. Yesterday was easy - I wan't hungry until 12:30. Today I'm hungry already. Enjoy your tea, Bob! And thanks for the suggestion.

It was a good month. Great to start this by going away with my daughter and grandkids. We were all very strict for the three weeks we were together. Now into the real world to continue!

It’s going pretty well here. My daughter’s husband decided to go carnivore with us. My 7 year old granddaughter continues to improve her behavior and enjoy the food we make. We’re being very strict with our diets…no dairy, just BBBE. I’m looking forward to having more energy. I probably need more fat but when I have much fat I feel sick and lethargic.
