    Good morning Bob Im doing carnivore. I do have heavy cream in my one cup of coffee a day and some cheese on occasion. Other than that, it’s mainly have steak and ground beef.

    Started this woe 3/4/24. So far, down 3 pounds. Have 30 pounds to go. Have to remind myself slow and steady wins the race.
