What Did You Eat Today?
Day 9 for me today. I am still here and still doing it. Wahey. I have upped the amount of ghee that I am eating. I am finding it a little challenging to understand how much fat to eat. 1) I have no scales and 2) I cannot comprehend eating double the weight in fat as the amount of meat that I am eating. If anyone has any insight, I would be very grateful to hear it. I have eaten chicken livers and ghee today.

Day 8 for me today. Wahey! I am still here and still talking!! Today I have eaten 8 egg yolks and chicken livers. All cooked in ghee. I ate some chicken livers when I woke up in the middle of last night too. I have decided that I am going to buy some buffalo meat when I have finished these livers. I saw a place that sold it a while ago and I am going to go back there and purchase some. Namaste

No more fish for me. I buy it from a restaurant. They cook it in butter. I am unsure about what's in the butter or how it is produced. My aching and sensitivity particularly to noise has increased since eating the fish today. It may or may not be owing to the fish. I want to be sure that I am clean eating. I am able to buy fresh eggs, livers and ghee so that will be my diet for the time being. I want to get into ketosis, start living and have energy to do stuff other than surviving. I will also eat the fatty liver kebabs like the ones I have just eaten shown in the photo. I buy these from a restaurant. I can see them being cooked and know that nothing is being added to them. Their fat is delicious! I am unsure about what to do about my eating habits as I am eating a lot yet am not hungry. I remember saying in a previous post that I will continue doing that to stop me from going off track.

Awww. Thank you Geezy. I have had less energy over the past few days, been a little down, crying quite a bit. I now realise that my hormones and I are changing which I am really pleased about. Right now I am feeling some joy. My mind/ego is definitely racing and telling me a lot of nonsense which I have to stop believing. The speed is definitely slower than it was this morning. I am witnessing my habits more than I have ever done so before. To be honest, I have never been aware that I had habits. I just thought it was me. I have been watching a lot of the carnivore community online like you suggested and they have been inspiring. Dr Berry, my zero carb life and Dave Mac. HomeSteadHow has really inspired me. I watched a little of Bill Nott too yesterday. Earlier today I realised that it is about trust. I am really looking forward to reaching ketosis whenever it happens. I know it is baby steps. One minute at a time. Thank you for hearing me and my long reply. Namaste

So I said that I was not going to drink any more ginger and water hence forth. I have also said that I am going to be accountable. So I read an article about ginger which I thought was written by Dr Berry. After reading it I decided that it was ok to drink one hot water and ginger today. My ego again. So I ordered one, looked at the article again and saw that it is written by Dr Berg. Today is my last ginger water. Argh to the addict.

I ate some broth which I was told was bone broth later today. I think it might have had some spices in and/or been cooked with vegetables. It was pretty clear. I have to tell you all and say my truth. I want to be strong and only eat eggs and meat. I did not have to eat it. I was with people. I could have said no. I can sit in uncomfortable feelings. My ego again. I ate some more livers afterwards. My tongue has not been as red as it is this evening for a long time. I am not even sure if I have seen it this red before.- What Did You Eat Today?

Day 2 Today I have eaten some bacon and I am about to eat some fish. All cooked in butter. I am not hungry and again it is addiction, habit and everything else. I realise that ego is telling me that it is ok to eat when I am not hungry. I just have to get into this so if I eat meat and butter at any time today, i am telling myself that it is ok. Thank you so much Geezy. I am grateful to you and everyone else in this group. I wish I could eat more meat. It is tricky where I am living right now. I can still do this though. Even if I eat mutton kebab every day and some fish. It is just my mind coming up with lots of bs. Thank you to you and everyone else, this beautiful group. I am grateful for your support. Truly. Thank you Geezy. I went off track again and I am depressed right now and it is horrible. I don't know why I do it. I guess I am even addicted to the abuse which comes from eating these vile, poisonous foods. I know the thoughts that come from eating what I do yet i go back to it. I have to stop. I cannot live like this anymore. I can never get time back. I want to listen to me rather than this current sugared up, lactose intolerant mind, the addict and all these horrible thoughts. I am fasting and only drinking water today. I am much better at doing that in the morning which is the time that I am writing this. I have to remember that this is cold turkey. I want to change mind and when eating all of this ****, I cannot hear the kind, real person that I am. The noise suffocates and bullies me. Thank you so much for listening to me. I am really grateful. I have to do this. My 30 day challenge starts again today, right here, right now. Best wishes. Namaste
