New to carnivore, 1 week in.
Hi how are things going? What kind of diet were you doing before? If you have been eating low-fat it takes a bit for your bile to catch up and remember what it's job is. So it's best to add fat on gradually. If you are having loose stools I find citrical calcium and black tea help slow things down.

U.S. residents - Any big meat plans for the holiday weekend?
We are just going to be working around the house. We have had a slow spring where it's raining and cold every weekend. We had to light the wood stove up this past week.

This makes me think of "The Tuttle Twins" books. It's a great book series for any children in your life. The series teaches about laws. One of the stories is about protectionism. They have also created an awesome cartoon available at angel studios website. My son LOVES them! I actually like to watch the cartoons with him they are high quality entertainment, compared to most of the drek put out for kids these days- good video-Carnivore/MS
Nice, I will definitely check her out!- good video-Carnivore/MS
I clicked on her a while back but I never finished any of her videos. Too flaky. Some of these content creators talk too much and don't edit enough. Like I really love Kent carnivore, but the video I watched today, was good but he repeated himself so many times. I think it's hard because they have to meet parameters such as length and perhaps they only have one central point for that video, so they have to stretch it out. Then on the other hand some people I can just listen to go on and on like say Kelly Hogan or that Goeke kid.- I'm baaack!

- anyone ever eat a "raw" egg shell?
I use instant pot for 8 minutes too, but I try to quick release. The cracked eggs "eggspan", but then contract in the ice water. Sometimes they blow up, but I just eat the one or two that do right off.- What Did You Eat Today?

........t I just learned this too, just in the past year! I crack them against the counter or another flat surface. When you do it on the edge of the bowl it shoves eggshells inside, but not so on a flat surface I have also learned that if you lightly crack the eggs on the fat end just before boiling they are much easier to peel.- What Did You Eat Today?
hard boiled eggs, goat cheese, leftover London broil and blade steaks. 3eggs sunny side up and bacon...oh and two jones links sausages. I tried to tell myself to not eat after 5, but that didn't work. At about 6:30 I had a small cup of Greek yogurt with cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Now I'm done. I have just spent an absurd amount of time trying to put progress photos onto a document. I'm sure there is some snappy app for that, but I did it the remedial way.- What Did You Eat Today?
- Autoimmune, new to carnivore needing direction
The other channel I mentioned is Allie Brightwell She is very inspiring, doesn't have immune issues, but she has struggled with struggling if you know what I mean.- Autoimmune, new to carnivore needing direction
yes, I have a low tolerance for any sort of grift. I'm sure she's helped people with her program and all. I just wish more people knew there is great support here, for free!- SPAM... in a can. Not the kind in your inbox
