  1. We have that in the little store I part time at. Product of Austrailia, this is. Sure is good tho in the skillet with a few eggs. I'm having a pound of ground beef as well.
  2. I had salmon tonight. Wednesday I went to the big city and visited Aldi's and got some exotic food, ie, the lamb and salmon. And of all things, I forgot the paffle maker at Wally world. I didn't write it down cause I would remember that.... uh huh.
  3. When I had goats, I would name them after the folks I worked with. We hd a high turnover so I never ran outta names. ... One day I asked Rosie if she felt alright? She asked why. I told her that her four legged counterpart passed away the night before.
  4. Taurus was just a name for several steers. Taurus being the astrological sign of the bull. Just seemed to fit, especially if they were born in that time of year.
  5. We always did. Saved on coming up with new names. "Bacon, Pork chop, Ham hock". Then there were the twin calves, "Tony Baloney and Tommy Salami". I've had about a half dozen Taurus's. I remember the last hog I had processed. As I lead him off the trailer (Com'on Porkchop). The lady there said, I just can't believe your going to eat your pet.
  6. I had a pound of ground lamb for the first time tonight. We had sheep when I was a kid, for the wool. But never ate any.
  7. I watched the first one as I knew a couple of the youtubers that were in it. It's definitely a good weight loss program. lol
  8. While I'm not Geezy, I feel qualified to answer this. Yes, it's pork rinds and eggs. I still haven't made the paffle yet, but have made pancakes of sorts the same way.
  9. Four egg omelet with extra butter for lunch and a ribeye with butter for supper. Been skipping the decaf lately. Green tea or water.
  10. Well, I know what egg life wraps are now. Had a thought. As I have done with egg crepes, you could cut roll em up and slice them into noodles.
  11. I dunno what an egg life wrap is, but I do know the original egg roll was made outta egg. I just make egg crepes of sorts when I want tacos or egg rolls.
  12. Geezy, I was gonna guess Possum. But I reckon I was wrong. I can hook you up with some chickens. My neighbor just hatched some out, then found an old hen sitting on a nest full. They gonna have several.
  13. The only thing that Geezy can draw, is Flies. One time in home ec, Big Earl and his gang of misfits BBQ'd a raccoon. I betcha couldn't do that now.
  14. Yesterday i had pulled pork at work and pulled pork with butter and eggs for supper. Tonight I had catfish in eggs and pork panko and fried in bacon grease. With four eggs scrambled to soak up some of the grease. Ate outside in the cool air.
  15. Ribeye with four eggs, followed by cup of decaf and a smidge of heavy cream
  16. Had a couple fish tacos tonight made with egg/pork panko crepes. Probably alil thinker than normal crepes, but worked just the same and I'll most deff have again.
  17. I used one of my paffle pancakes as a soft taco. Think next time making the batter alil runnier. Maybe as a crepe with panko as a binder.
  18. Neighbor took me fishin today. Caught a few cats. He tried cooking without oils and breading. Some were blackened and some were grilled on his pellet smoker. I think they were the best. Just salt and pepper And a nice smokey flavor. So for once this year, I'm full of fish.
  19. I used to be like a garbage disposal. And am pretty hard to gross out.
  20. Having a ribeye that the butcher shop gave me for my BDay. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be having catfish. Both are yearly traditions. Steak and catfishing. Sometimes at the same time.
  21. Maybe it has something to do with the Vitamin D you get while out walking around with the sun in your face.
  22. I had a pound of ground and a couple paffles pancakes. Folded them up with some burger and cheddar and had kinda a taco o sorts.
  23. I haven't noticed much on the skeeters, but the ticks haven't let up any.
