I got on carnivore diet to heal my leaky gut/exzema; its definetly clearing up my skin and my guts are getting happier with each passing day!. No blood work recently, what would be the purpose of that? I'm afraid they'll just see my cholesterol is sky high and advise me get off carnivore. I eat mostly beef, tallow, dairy, pork, coffee. My guess is the dairy is the culprit. I've only been carnivore for 6 weeks. Its hard for me to cut our dairy to be honest, but will do that if joints get worse. I was just curious if I needed to supplement. I'm only 31 and am normally a very energetic person with next to no health issues.
