Thoughts on coffee and vitamins?
Appreciate your thoughts and the reply. I agree that it's debatable how much of the water soluble vits we use and that ruminants probably supply, most, if not all we need. I do the complex mostly out of habit and convenience. As I said, I value your input and try to keep an open mind with all opinions.

Thoughts on coffee and vitamins?
Mug of joe every morning with liberal amount of heavy cream, some salt and pat of butter. So far so good. As for vitamins, B50, C, and D. Minerals are zinc and magnesium. The coffee is a small pleasure in life that I would hate to do without. The vitamins and minerals are mostly as insurance.

Thanx Geoff. Unbeknownst to me, I was introduced to "carnivore" (it wasn't called carnivore then) many years ago when I followed an old time bodybuilder named Vince Gironda. He espoused steak, eggs and heavy cream when doing contest prep. He fell out of favor and we all moved on. Nutrition, bodybuilding and health have been my hobby on and off ever since. Mother nature is catching up with me. So here I am.

Thanx Curt. I'm still trying to get the hang of navigating the form. Even though I've been practicing this life style for a while, I've still much to learn, questions to ask and battles to fight.
