Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Copper in π Thoughts About Bill Gates "Carbon Butter"?What an absolute joke of the highest order.
Everything bill touches turns to complete garbage.
What do you think about this carbon butter bs?
PS: For those who don't know essentially bill gates is investing in a company that makes butter made from carbon dioxide...
Naturally the mainstream media picked up on this story and are pushing the climate narrative extra hard as per usual from big media.

Massive LOL at the "tastes like the real thing".

Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Bob in Government protecting the people again πYou mean there is milk in butter?
I must be missing something here, but who would not be aware that butter came from cows?

Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Bob in π₯© What's Your Opinion On Raw Carnivore?I've had raw eggs in a glass of beer before, lol. And several months back I tried a bite of steak raw and some liver raw before I cooked it. Believe it or not the raw liver tasted better than the cooked liver. I had a bite of raw hamburger once, and the next day I had to superspeed to the bathroom a couple times, but that may have been coincidence.
Basically, a few things come into play here....
1) Raw will technically have more nutrients because cooking may break down some of the water-soluble vitamins (like B and C), whereas fat-soluable vitamins are more stable (D, E, and K). If you boil the food, minerals may leach into the water.
Is it enough to make a difference? Does this mean you are not getting the nourishment you need? No, it does not mean that. Cooked meat will still have plenty of nutrition for your body's needs.
2) Raw and undercooked meat carries a higher risk of bacteria and parasites. Someone in another group I am in found a worm in their steak the other day, and may have eaten part of it. It's hard to say if something will come of it or not. But if the steak was thoroughly cooked she will be fine.
The lesson here is trust your sources, inspect your meat. Fresh is best. I myself have gotten sick cooking a steak that was just a day or two past it's "use or freeze by" date but I thought it looked good enough to gamble with.

I tried raw hamburger, its a no go for me. but I drink raw eggs no problem.

I'm a meat and heat guy. I can't eat it raw.

Rage bait much?
I think I could handle raw ruminant meat, but not pork or poultry.

Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Bob in π₯© What's Your Opinion On Raw Carnivore?I ask because I see a lot of disagreement between cooked and raw meat online.
N=1 But I've been eating more raw meat recently and have yet to be sick.
And I eat literally just supermarket ground beef so it's not super fancy.
So far I've had raw chicken breast, raw pork belly and raw mince beef (ground beef).
That being said it seems there's a Raw Carnivore and Cooked Carnivore standoff lol.
Personally I think either works fine.
If both sides could make love and fight the common vegan militants instead of friendly fire that would be great imho. β₯οΈ
PS: Vertically streaming on YouTube eating raw meat sends people absolutely crazy. It's so funny. My new favourite hobby.

Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Scott F. in My carnivore birthday cakeNope. Maybe 2lbs of it, give or take. I had to re-group and finish it off the next day.
2 pounds was more than I have at in one setting in what seems like forever.
Most of the time I'm a pound at a time guy.

Mostly for YouTube but in general as well.
Still prefer a nice char layer sometimes though especially for steak and mince.

If you were an ancient human who depending on hunting and foraging, the odds of obtaining 333g of carbohydrate every day would have been very slim.
Seriously. Go outside. Walk a trail. Find something to eat? Can you? Maybe a nibble of this or that but no way will you find 2000+ calories of nutrient dense food unless you killed it and skinned it.

Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Bob in β οΈ UK Government LYING About Carbohydrate Requirementsβ οΈ UK Government LYING About Carbohydrate Requirements.
Yup what a shocker right.
UK government is saying if you're aged between 18-64 and male that you need 333 grams of carbohydrates a DAY to be healthy.
What a load of bolloxs.
The fact is that you need exactly ZERO grams of carbohydrates a day due to gluconeogenesis providing all the required glucose from fat and in starvation cases protein.
I'll make a video on that soon though.
The closer to zero you get the healthier you'll be.

Here's the short YouTube video I made on this.
It's honestly shocking how evil this is.
What do you think about this misanthropic "guideline"?

Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Bob in Nice to meat you π₯©Hey I'm Jamie and I've been carnivore for nearing four years now.
Started knowing absolutely nothing about carnivore.
Started to follow keto back in late 2021 and discovered I was mostly eating meat anyway.
Well apart from the fake pizzas I made using almond flour and copious amounts of seed oil mayonnaise.
I googled if you can eat an all meat diet and discovered carnivore.
I've been carnivore since new year's Day 2021.
Since then I've reversed pretty much all my diseases like anxiety, depression, asthma etc.
I had all the usual questions like what about vitamin C etc which I found out by watching carnivore influencers such as Bart Kay and Ken Berry.
Now I'm on a mission to spread the word about how healing this way of eating is.
It is after all our proper human diet.Β

Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Miranda in The LMNT ControversyFor me, it's not the fact that they have a mere 4mg.
It's the fact they hid it.
I never used them but I knew they were massive in the fasting/ketogenic spaces.
I'd imagine if one was fasting that 4mg might break the fast.Β
It's deceptive.
And that company has lost all trust from me and probably alot of other keto/carnivore/fasting folks.
