Well I have been absent from these forums for about a year and its because I fell off and bad. I have gained back about 40 lbs and I am miserable enough I need to start this again. I know it will be hard but enough is enough and I am going to do it. I am going to drink water, black tea and coffee with a bit of cream. I am also allowing mushrooms and a few green beans. I know this is not really allowed in this diet but I am trying to be successful long term this time, I think I went too extreme last time and it burned me out. Having the mushrooms/green beans with my meat I think will help that and I won't do it every day, maybe 1-2 times a week. I will be heading to Sam's club this week and I am going to have them cut me some nice chuck steaks and I will grab a few ribeye steaks to have once a week as well as some hamburger and pork steak. I am looking forward to getting back to it!
