Watching my 90 day BGL average decrease by 1mg/dL every 14 days or there about. It is now down to 112 mg/dL My insulin dose is remaining condtant. By the end of February I anticipate a small reduction in my insulin dosage will be something I will do. Again, I remain ZERO carb, Coke Zero free, and coffee is down to 12 ounces per day. Going in the right direction, i can measure the slow progress. Is warmer now, so getting more walking in. Be well all. It is nice right now

So I had some better thinking this morning. My metabolic health improves and I do better. A very small daily improvement may not register in any noticed way. But over 7 to 14 days of consistent feeding and exercise it show a small gain. Lack of consistency in diet exercise and or BGL and it builds a lack of results. For me staying on track is crucial, a must. A small disturbance in careful eating or exercise and results slow, stop, or even reverse. Atleast at this stage of my journey.

In our community there often is a big focus on big and quick results. Alot depends on where you are in your journey. Just my observations. Be well

You are spot on. Even what most consider big results started with something small.

No one ever lost a 50-100 pounds on carnivore until they lost the first one.

If we do the math on long we were in need of this meat healing and then compare to however long it takes once eating the proper human diet, things can move really quickly.

Congrats on your progress. Anytime the needle moves to the positive is a win. The size of the win will always be relative.

Congrats.
