  1. I was successful back in the 90’s with Atkins diet for ten years but because it allowed carbs in it was always a struggle to control them. In time I started allowing carb creep to overcome me and then some back problems hit me and I just gave up. It taught me that I’m just better off abstaining. That’s why I’m as strict as I am. Just too weak.

  2. Sounds just like my wife. Moderation. And because we have no bread, potatoes, macaroni whatsoever basic carbs in the house, she is eating with me a full fat diet PLUS the occasional cake or ice cream. I can´t do that, neither I want to do that. She just had blood and heart checked, all good. I wrote this already but I start getting subconscious cravings at often suggested (keto) 20 g carbs per day. All too much for me. When you look around the Net you see people struggling, trying to allow for 50 g or so... 50 g is total waste of time AND loss of peace of mind for me and many others. I tried upping my carbs many, many times early on. Always ended down to 5 g or less for the best life quality.

  4. I’ve never cared for them. Worst fast food burgers out there in my opinion but of course that’s all subjective. Good thing now is if I’m on the road and hungry I can just stop in and order six patties and they are just like everyone else’s.

  5. I used to love the burgers. Until they shrunk them down to basically a dinner roll . With a bit of filling. Even the quarter pounder is a midget serve. You go home looking for something else to fill up on.
