  4. Hello, I am convinced undereating + willful disobedience are factors. Thank you. I have plenty of egg and other real food to eat. Have to laugh. Today is day 21 and utuber Kent Carnivore just posted a video about how day 21 seems to be a milestone. Well can't deny that. Still, the journey is just starting; do not want to go back; still cranky about going forward. Thanks for being here.

  6. Hello, some people won't have ears to hear or eyes to see--myself included I can try this moment to choose better for myself but might not. I want a cookie...none in the house. Just last afternoon ready to argue with a kind person who was defending vegetables as a way of health because she had training from a textbook by scientists. Thinks she is following the money. Money is so deceptive because you must have it to get a credible voice. So condemned for pursuing even if for good reason. Around and around it goes. Fastest ways to "close my ears," say "try my app" all I hear is "download my tracker and let me invade your privacy." Oh, and " try more plants."
  7. hello, finished the roasts and next up is some cut up beef. now i'll have to cook each piece. day 12 and last night I slept longer. still tired easily but am wiser about activity (has a lng-term health issue that's improving). hope to find Portland metro area carnivore tribe soon. so many plant-based believers, poor things. have to be careful who i let speak into my life. hope all are well :0
  8. Hello, Today I have eaten my one intentional meal-a portion of chuck roast slow cooked last night. Drank the broth and cooked it in the tallow. Seems super easy and tasty. Have to say I have started to enjoy the flat water over the fuzzy water. Tested self with diet coke and tasted nothing appealing only the memory of thinking it was appealing. Today's reality "yuck." Yesterday fell to the convenience of ordering delivery with the promise of eating only the processes meat and cheese of the sandwich secretly thinking I'd taste only a litte of the bread. Ate the chips and skipped the bread. A half victory. Better than a complete binge. No side effects beyond a couple of bouts with restless leg, just jiggly no pain. Managed appropriate exercise as recommended. That's half a day behind me. Off to document it.
  9. well my cold is almost done cooked another chuck roast to cut up still need the bacon the last roast was 1.76 so even though my appetite gets fixed, I still crave, so taking comments seriously. i eat .5# portions. Need the carnivore snacks. gone to fry them up
  10. hello everyone, so today is day three for me. Thank you for the posts. I had forgotten. I could snack on bacon so I did this saved me from getting fixated and helped me move on away from food. Thank you. today for me is day three. I heated the last of my first chuck roast and I'm planning my next grocery visit. I should be good with me for another two weeks. I still have eggs.   11. Hello, Looking for carnivore community. Thank you for this forum. Cooked a chuck roast, so I heated a portion to eat. Drank broth. Considering flexibility to eat is hungry instead of OMAD. Back on carnivore with this Day 2. Major carb cravings. Thanks for being here. Increased sleep satisfaction. It sure helps me.
