  7. I ride a 2015 Can-Am Spyder F3-S (white). I've owned 5 Spyders since 2008 (first year). I love them! Lost my original 2008 last year to fire (blue). The red one is my husband's. I did learn to ride on two-wheelers and had a couple of cruisers and a Ninja 250. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk

  12. I'm trying something new... a series of videos showing some recipes I make to keep carnivore interesting. Posted the first video today. Please consider subscribing! Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk
  13. Scott, yeah... I use mine when I make my chuck roasts to add a little extra in when I eat it. Don't even really notice it.
  14. I also did make the LMNT DIY recipe and not a huge fan either. I've been on carnivore for over 6 months now, and I've been able to back off a lot on the electrolytes. I now only have about 1.5 servings per day and use magnesium lotion on my legs at night. Seems to be working well. I hope to be able to back off more eventually. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk
  15. It's tricky for sure! I get the pan nice and hot and spread the whites thin. That usually works.
  16. Over-medium crispy whites and runny yolks. Cooked in tallow or bacon fat. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk

  19. Medium rare leaning towards rare usually. Depends on the cut, though. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk
  20. Yum!! I need to find that.
  21. No, no issues with that.
  22. This way of life feels like a fountain of youth! I sometimes have more energy than I know what to do with. My strength in powerlifting has dropped off a bit, but I attributed that to less frequency of training and possibly a small amount of muscle loss.
  23. I love using allulose. It works for me too.
  24. I wish I could say yes. I call myself a drink whore. That means I want to have a beverage most of the day. Morning starts as coffee, then sparkling water and electrolytes during the day, and the occasional Zevia soda or Vitamin Water Zero (both stevia/monk fruit sweetened). None of these drinks bother me, so I've kept them in. I don't deal with any sugar cravings either, but it's easy for me since I have up sugar many many years ago and know it will kill me (almost quite lierally). I don't drink alcohol, but don't rule out never having any every again. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk
  25. I did the math, and for just me eating carnivore, I spend about $10 to $12 per day eating twice a day plus the cost of my coffee. I don't know how that really compares to what I was spending before, but my weekly grocery bill definitely has gone down. I was spending $250 per week for 2 adults. My husband eats low carb, but not quite keto or carnivore. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk

  27. And how do we fight against this? By doing the exact opposite. Be silent? No. Speak louder! Take the shot? No. Resist. Do the research Be your own advocate. Don't fall for the trap.
