  1. My issue was that everything else wasn't working... but i think my malabsorption issues are somewhat unique which is why I had to resort to other remedies.
  2. I don't know anything about that, I don't snore.. but my dog does. Maybe she needs ACV. LOL
  3. I also can't stand mustard. I'm glad the ACV and creatine is working.
  4. Nope!! Ick!! LOL I know a lot of people do.
  5. Yeah, that's where I got the idea. I also thought creatine would be helpful as it creates intra-muscular hydration... and I figured it couldn't hurt. So far it's been working well. Cramps have decreased significantly. Glad you figured out your issue. Those things are no joke.
  6. So this is a common topic in low carb, keto, and carnivore spaces... but after 4 months on carnivore I wanted to share what I have found to be very effective for relief. Short back story... I had gastric bypass in 2007 and in 2021 I had part of my duodenum removed due to an obstruction... so I have serious absorption issues with things taken orally. Massive amounts of magnesium and electrolytes weren't really doing anything. For the past 4 days I've had ZERO leg cramps. Not even a hint! I've started adding creatine and ACV to my electrolyte drink that I sip in throughout the second half of my day. Supposed to help absorption. Then at bedtime I use magnesium lotion or oil on my legs. Now is only been 4 days, but that's pretty great!! Hope this information helps someone out there who's suffering.
  7. I would say that you could eat so much worse. I had SPAM all the time as a kid. I wouldn't eat it all the time, but if that's what you can afford, it's better than 90% of what's in the store these days.
  8. I mostly eat some combo of BBB&E 2 times a day plus butter coffee. Yesterday I had some fun and made these. Ingredients are while eggs, beef gelatin, and collagen (i used a chai flavor). I also sprinkled on cinnamon and slathered with butter. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk
