What Did You Eat Today?
Amazing! Temp holds great and adjustment is super easy with bottom and top vents. I did poor mans brisket (chuck roast) a few weeks ango and it turned out great! I had a Kamado smoker a while back and I find it to perform just as well. Plus it works great for steaks and doing reverse sear. I love it!

What is your favorite way to eat/prepare eggs?
Eggs tend to bother me when I eat them certain ways. If I hard boil them or hard fry them Im ok. (Yolk can be runny) I think it might be the egg white. I tend to get indigestion if I eat them any other way. I think maybe Im allergic to the white if they aren't cooked hard enough. Anyone else heard of that?

What Did You Eat Today?
Had powerballs for dinner tonight! 2 pounds of ground beef (I used the wagyu burger from Costco) 1 Egg. 1 pack of bacon fried up and chopped. Mix the egg, ground beef and bacon together. The make baseball sized balls. I then smoked them on my weber kettle at 240 degrees until internal temp was at 160. They are delicious!!

Thank you Scott for your insight. Yeah, I’m thinking that’s what it is. I went head first in off the SAD. I’m 43. So 43 years of eating garbage. I know a lot of people say there could be a lot of healing to take place and I recognize that I’m still in the early days.

Oxalate Dumping
Hey everyone! I’ve been carnivore now for 58 days. I just started to develop red itchy spots on my forearms. They don’t itch real bad but they are itchy. Could this be oxalate dumping even after 58 days in? I see some people on YouTube like Bella and others that mention they went through a period of oxalate dumping and it affected their skin. Could this be what I am experiencing even after 58 days? I included an image of my arm. It’s hard to see with my arm hair lol, but you can see red spots. They are not raised. Any help or thought are appreciated!

Those are the main two things right now. I would also say that the hunger that I used to experience has all but gone away. I get hungry, but I only feeling it once maybe twice a day now. When I eat, I feel full for along time.

Hey all! My name is Shane. I'm new here and just started carnivore about 12 days ago. A few things I noticed. Smells have been super sensitive to me. Also, the inside of my mouth has been sensitive and sore. Toothpaste and brushing really irritate it. Has anyone else experienced this?
