  2. @Scott F. I’ve taken that into consideration, thank you so much, Scott. @Bob Before I knew about Cystatin C, I was a bit afraid, but not after that. And your experience gave me the courage to do so 🙏🏻.

  7. Exactly So this week, I bravely decided to start the lion diet, and what's even more exciting is that my appointment is in two weeks, when I'll get to see my test results again.

  9. I was that kind of mom too. My eldest daughter eats what I prepare, as well as the food my mom makes—like pastries and rice. But my younger kids have become more picky and refuse to eat with me, and that really exhausts me and makes me upset 😆 Maybe they just need a little more time before joining us.

  20. It's interesting. Usually I'm the one who starts arguing with my family about food. Imagine how they looked at me when I told them they don’t need to eat vegetables 🤣. I was that person who used to eat them frequently in every meal and even encouraged others to choose them as the main dish for their meals 😂
  21. I thought we have similer story, but not in the type of dite, it's more about choosing the change. Goging back to the old habits then realizing that isn't best things to compromise your health just to satisfy your immediate desires. I started a healthy lifestyle when I tried vegan experiences in 2017, after being diagnosed with SLE. I continued until 2021, then I went back to my old habits, but with mostly healthy substitutes. After 2022, I started consuming sugary products, pastries, and soft drinks, while still keeping healthy choices for home-cooked meals. With the psychological stress I was under, my kidney health deteriorated. I didn’t change my habits at the time and continued eating unhealthy foods, until I became aware that what I was doing wouldn’t help me. I continued like this for over a year, by which time I had already lost a significant portion of my kidney function so I started trying to eliminate or minimize meat consumption. This year, my thoughts have been flipped up and down since I learned about the carnivore diet.

  25. When I see others expriences with this dite, I started to realize, yes our body change may it looks worse but then its worthy to go through. This comunity and others make influnce in our life by sharing and supporting. I look for that time to celebrate my improvment too. When I see others expriences with this dite, I started to realize, yes our body change may it looks worse but then its worthy to go through. 26. I was making my own tallwo before I knew carnivor from camel hump. Last time, my mother used all the fat I got in one recipe 😆. But the idea to store rendered fat is great.
  27. I tried this to make cupcak too
  28. You calmed me, Thank you Scott 🙏🏻 So the changes happen diffrently according to our health state.
  29. I forgot to mentioned my total protein in seurim went down too even with carnivor dite. Total protein from 59 to 50 Albumin from 35 to 30 Bilirubin from 5 to 4.7 Or this my body attempt to adjust to new dite?
  30. For eggs yes, but still I cook it in a way that keep it raw as possible, but for meat I dont cook fully.
  31. Hi, I have started carnivor dite last month 27th July, and in that time I also started my sessions in Nano hydrogen. I was for chicken, fish, eggs and once a week for meat, when I did the lab the eGFR went from 4 to 8, creatinine from 800 to 500. I was so happy about that, but the potassuiom and calcuim was down so the physician wrote supplements for me. I have enjoyined eating red meat and butter every day till this last Thursday when I got to my appointment to check the Bone profile. Today I check the results. The number shocks me the eGFR start to go down again. Wherever I got one Nano session before the visit. Is that cause of meat or of fat that I consume, I think I eat to much of butter and when I cook too, I get obssed to eat it cold 🥲 or that okay, good sign or there is somthing I need to consider?
