Victoria reacted to Bob in Good ole Trojan horse strategyOof! Indeed it was. The reddit may be called /noStupidQuestions, but oh my goodness look at all the stupid answers, lol
I've been banned from one of the Carnivore subreddits for saying my trigs went up on Carnivore. The purists refused to believe I was truly a carnivore (because most people's trigs go down) and so they banned me claiming I was a troll and not really someone on a carnivore diet.
I sometimes try to discreetly help someone in the Weight Loss Advice subreddits, but as soon as it becomes clear that I am advocating keto or carnivore I get downvoted something terrible.

Victoria reacted to Geezy in Good ole Trojan horse strategyVery clever and I like your style.
Asking questions, especially when you know the correct answers can reveal the ignorance of the other person.
I get a lot of pushback when I post on Quora but it’s totally expected when the majority of people are brainwashed and really have no idea about what they are defending.

Victoria reacted to Vynith in Good ole Trojan horse strategySo one of the things I love to do is go to a mainstream subreddit and use what I call the Trojan horse strategy.
I act like an innocent naive person and ask a seemingly normal question and slap some truth in there but not in a way that will get the post nuked.
Why?
Because it gets people thinking and the reach of these massive subreddits are insane.
You can't go in all guns blazing or they will 100% remove your post.
I get a good laugh at the comments but sometimes the urge to correct the misinformation is strong but I must resist.
This is the latest post I made.

Wow.
So painful to read some of the comments too:
Being on carnivore for 5+ years is both a blessing and a curse because of the sheer propaganda at work on the masses.
The post currently has almost 2k views so even if 10% start thinking about fat and protein being the only two essential macronutrients then that's 200 people who will hopefully ponder about it more and potentially find carnivore.
Worth it any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
PS: Some of these comments are amazing ideas for YouTube shorts vids as well.

As would well all but we find that few are receptive to the truth and even fewer are willing to give up their addictions.
The best we can do is be a good example. Be educated and ready to defend our position and be prepared to educate and help anyone who asks questions.

Victoria reacted to Geezy in FrustratedIn my opinion I would tell the doctor to go pound sand if he wants to insist on a statin. No one has ever been saved by taking a statin. In fact, there is plenty of evidence to show that those with lower cholesterol levels are more prone to heart attacks than those with higher cholesterol.
Backing off of the heavy cream is certainly a choice you can make and might make for a good N of 1 experiment to see if it helps but personally I don’t think it will do anything remarkable.
You don’t have to worry about blockage. It took a lifetime to get your first blockage so why would you think that you’ll get another blockage in just a couple of years? It doesn’t work like that. Besides, blockages are not due to cholesterol. They are the result of damage to the arterial wall from most likely seed oils and the cholesterol is coming in to try to repair the damage. Don’t damage the arteries in the first place and there will never be blockages.
