  1. I was doing pretty good for awhile but I’ve gotten lazy. I need to get back to my routine of walking 3 miles every other day and hitting my resistance bands every other day. I also want to introduce some chair exercises into my day as well. The winter kicked me outta the habit and I just haven’t been motivated to get back to it regularly again. Excuses, excuses. I’m giving up my tea tomorrow so I might just get my motivation that way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Back when I was trying to eat healthier I made some pizza crust using cauliflower and yes, you do have to squeeze the water out of it to use. There is a lot of water in it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Love me some oysters on the half shell and no they do not taste fishy. For me today it was shredded venison pafflewiches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. It’s normal and of no concern. High cholesterol is not indicative of any health issues. Your true indicator of cardiovascular health would be your HDL to triglycerides ratio. Tri50 = Yours are great. In fact your ratio is better than mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. That just seems strange to me Scott. If you are not putting anything in your body that gas sugar or carbs how can your blood sugar rise? Tagged for hearing some answers to this one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. In my first thirty days of becoming a carnivore I was plagued with diarrhea due to the transition of my gut biome changing. Then I became constipated. I began taking a magnesium citrate supplement to help with that and it gave me a stool with the consistency of peanut butter. I then switched to a magnesium complex that has straighten that out. Now is it the supposed I’m taking or just that I’ve been doing this long enough that my body is finally adjusting? Who knows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Winner, winner chicken dinner. [emoji322] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I suppose that if the whey protein was clean with no additives then it would be ok but I prefer to get my protein naturally and I can’t imagine a scenario where I wouldn’t be able to f do that. I’m not sure about Keto Chow, I suppose you’d have to go through the ingredients list to see if it’s ok to eat as a carnivore. Can you really be carnivore if you are only “technically” carnivore? That’s an interesting thing to ponder. I can’t understand the concept of being tired of eating meat. There is so much variety to be had. I would have to wonder about my commitment to being carnivore and if I had truly ended my addictions. Try out your ideas and see how they work for you but be ready to go back if things don’t go the way you want. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Shalom Jughead. To try to thicken you might try some cream cheese. If you’d like to try a more carnivore style mashed potato check out Chris cooking Nashville’s recipe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Venison stew today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. No my wife named this one Stella and the steer is named Stanley. Bonus point for whoever can name that movie. [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. My chat went like this. Doc…your cholesterol is way to high I want you on a statin. Me…No thanks doc, it’s right where I want it to be. Doc…you have a heart condition and this high cholesterol will kill you. Me…you told me covid would kill me too if I didn’t get the jab and you were wrong about that and I believe you are wrong about this and I’ve done my research. I will never take a statin. Doc…well I’m sorry you feel this way but I’m recording this in your file. Me…I understand your standard of care requires you to do what you do but I’m the one in charge of my health. I appreciate your concern though. Of course all of this went on after he praised me for what I’ve accomplished in my health journey by going zero carb. Yeah, don’t look at the results, just follow that “Standard of Care”. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I watched you video today. I’m glad your transition is going well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  18. Just a big bowl of venison stew and after the meat was gone it was time to add pork rinds to soak up the bone broth. Good stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Have tried making your own? I make homemade yogurt and it’s very easy if you have an Instantpot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  21. Welcome aboard Jughead. The conflicting info comes from the fact that many are just opinions. There is no exact science in how to do this way of eating. It’s a matter of finding your own path to walk down. We are all different emotionally and physically. Our metabolisms and physiology are all different so what works for me may not give you the same results so you need to start with a foundation and then built a diet that is custom to you. So if you are trying one thing because it was suggested in a video but it didn’t work for you then be willing to adjust. Try not to overthink this way of eating. It’s super simple. Eat when hungry. Eat only when hungry and then eat fatty meat, use salt and drink water. Give it 90 days to see how things work in you and adjust things around if needed. In my case I did need to change anything when I hit 90 days. In fact by that time I had no desire to change anything. I loved this new lifestyle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Don’t fear the cholesterol but instead fear the ones telling you it’s bad. Education will displace fear so check out the Lean Mass Hyper-Responder report. Look up videos from Dr. Berry on this subject and see what a cardiologist and heart surgeon have to say about it so look up videos from Dr. Ovadia. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Charred fat is meat candy. I render my own tallow and I save what’s left of the fat bits and I’ll fry them up for a snack occasionally. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Bulletproof tea to start the day. A big smoked ribeye around 3 pm and a popsicle made from Kiltz’s ice cream for dessert. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
