Chaffles or Paffles It’s up to you.
This recipe can be used with cheese, any kind of cheese but traditionally it’s made with mozzarella. With cheese it’s called a chaffle. If you don’t want the cheese for whatever reason ( like me I’m cutting back on cheese) then you can use pork rind panko. I make my own using Mac’s pork rinds. They are plain with no seasoning and are fried in lard. Made with pork rind panko these are called Paffles. And of course if you want you can put both in. Your choice. • 1 large egg • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese • 1 Tbsp of melted butter • 1 heaping Tbsp of panko pork rinds • 1/2 tsp of baking powder Directions 1. Preheat a mini waffle maker. 2. Whisk egg in a small bowl; stir in mozzarella cheese or pork rind panko until batter is well combined. 3. Pour 1/2 of the batter onto the preheated waffle maker, spreading it out from the center with a spoon. Close the waffle maker and cook until steaming stops and chaffle is well browned, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Two weeks in and wondering if anyone has ever heard of these symptoms
Four liters of cream over a two week period seem excessive to me. Are you drinking it like milk? That may be your issue. For me I’ll have a little cream every couple of days but it’s in the form of my homemade yogurt. Even then it’s only a couple of tablespoons each time. For me dairy products are a trigger that can cause me to over indulge so I limit it. Stick with fat, protein m, water and salt for a month and see if that helps. Remember, this is an elimination diet. We start from the foundation of fat, meat, water, salt. Then over time you may add one thing in and see how you react to it. No reaction then fine, you can reintroduce it but a reaction means it’s gone from your life. Even if you don’t have a reaction there can still be too much of a good thing. Trust me, I could devour a quart of my yogurt every day if I was inclined to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What Did You Eat Today?
It’s hard when your friends are being so hospitable. The hidden carbs are so sneaky and I see so many carnivores that think they’re eat just meat but never look at the ingredients list. And your right, many people don’t understand it’s not just the meat, it’s what is the meat and what it’s cooked in that matters. For me it’s not so much the weight gain but how it makes me feel. It definitely makes a difference and I don’t like it knocking me out of ketosis. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The Best Steak Sauce Ever
The BEST Steak Sauce INGREDIENTS 1 cup unsalted butter 8 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup bone or beef broth 1 tablespoon black truffles chopped 1 teaspoon Redmond Real salt but any kind will due INSTRUCTIONS • Heat the butter in a large sauce pot over high heat. Whisk often so the butter doesn't burn on the outside of the pan. The butter will start to bubble and froth up. Whisk often at this point. The butter will start to darken and turn brown. Remove from heat and keep whisking. • Add the cream cheese. • After a minute, slowly add the broth, truffles and salt. • Use a stick blender to puree until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning and truffle taste to your liking. • Pour into a mason jar. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 7 days. This sauce will thicken a lot overnight. • Serve with your favorite steak! This of course is good with any meat and even makes a good dip. Bon Appetite. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The power of Big Medicine and Big Media
Some are comfortable in their ignorance because it’s easier to let someone else do the thinking for them. I have an elderly neighbor that we take care of that is terribly unhealthy and is just miserable but she would rather eat for her pleasure than for her health. All of the pills and doctors she has is just ridiculous but she is free to self eliminate how she chooses to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had the distinct honor and pleasure of being a guest on Dave Mac’s Utube channel No Carb Life. Forgive me for not being a very good speaker but this was the first time to ever do anything like this. It was a lot of fun and Dave is a really nice guy. I thank him for asking me for this interview. Y'all check out his channel and give him a thumbs up and subscribe if you like his content.

I will add this Dan, you and you alone are responsible for your health. Not your doctor, your family or your friends, just you. Don’t be led by someone else’s influence or your own fears. Make your decisions based on facts and truth by educating yourself. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Greetings all
Welcome Les. Glad to have you on board. We look forward to sharing your journey with you. You are correct that carnivore will not cure everything. It cures or helps metabolic damage brought on by inflammation. It’s cured or helped many things in my life but some things are just permanently damaged that are not going to be healed. But the inflammation surrounding that damage is reduced so the pain is tremendously better. I too have a prostrate issue, in fact I’m getting my biannual PSA done today. I’m hoping for positive results. Normies, I like that. It’s funny how they think this a fad diet and so restrictive when in reality man has eaten this way from the beginning of our existence and it is the most freeing way of eating I’ve ever experienced. Hard stools, please help
I think that looks like a good mineral supplement to take. Bob will no better than I do but that magnesium is not citrate. That’s important in that the citrate version softens the stool. The magnesium in your supplements may not.

There is no path that requires statins. There is no need to lower your cholesterol. It’s fine where it is and May lower of stabilize as you progress with your diet. As stated earlier, in the beginning you will have a lot of cholesterol running through your veins simply because you have become fat adapted so you are using fat for energy. This will stabilize over time and become the new normal. Cholesterol is not detrimental to your health. You don’t have any need to change your diet to try to lower it. Eat a high fat, moderate protein diet with salt and water and that is the most nutritious way you can eat. If you start eating carbs again you will drop out of ketosis and you will start storing fat again. Yes, your cholesterol may come down some but to what benefit? Seriously, what do you hope to gain from lowering your cholesterol? There is no benefit. The research clearly shows that in people our age, I’m 67, that higher cholesterol is very healthy for us and we live longer than people our age with lower cholesterol. Just like my doctor, your doctor is ignorant. He knows little to nothing about nutrition and human physiology. They are pill pushers who treat everything with a drug when our nutrition is the problem. They treat the symptoms rather that the disease. Do, it’s up to you to treat yourself by eating the proper human diet.

Hard stools, please help
This the one I use. I don’t know if one brand is better than another but I chose this one because it had the cleanest ingredients I could find. Still not perfect though. I know this has been a hard (no pun intended) for you as it has been for me as well. I can truly empathize with what you’re going through. This how I’ve learned to deal with it and maybe someday my system will sort itself out but until then magnesium is my friend. I am presently experimenting with only taking a dose every other day and so far it’s working ok.

Hard stools, please help
Matan I still say to try the magnesium citrate. It certainly helped me. It’s not a perfect solution but it does soften things up. If that doesn’t appeal to you then a natural herbal laxative tea taken every few days may be necessary. I also think butterflies extremely well written post is a very good place to look for solutions and I will be checking these points out myself.

Food Trivia
Hamburgers and hotdogs? Yes and no. Minced beef definitely comes from Germany. In fact hamburger steak and steak tartare come from Germany as well but the act of placing a minced beef patty between two buns or rolls is generally considered an American invention. But there is a lot of controversy over who was the first. I personally stand loyal with Texas and claim that the hamburger sandwich was invented by a fellow in Athens Texas but I can’t remember his name…Fletcher? Maybe? The hotdog as a sausage is of course German as it was called a Vienna sausage if I’m not mistaken but again, America gets the credit for putting the sausage in a bun and creating the hotdog. What’s funny is the ethnic foods that are completely American even though they are associated with other countries. Can you name a few? I’ll give you a clue with two countries, Italy and China.

Fast food
It’s far better than the alternative of chips and a coke for sure. Just be aware that those dogs may have cereal fillers, soy and sugar in them. A few now and then won’t hurt you though unless you’re very sensitive to that stuff.
