Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Bob in The Women Who Ate Only Fruit... DIED!Sad to hear her passing but this goes to show how toxic a fruit only diet is. (And vegan diet in general).
It works short term due to not triggering the randle cycle but long term it's devoid of any nutritional value.
There is a reason why vegans have to supplement a tonne.
-
Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Geezy in interesting video-carnivore/milkNever been a problem for me. It helps me keep weight on. As long as one is staying as minimal carb as possible then the Randle Cycle shouldn’t be an issue I’d think.

Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Scott F. in A massive F you to Seed Oil InfluencersAgreed. I made the tallow a couple days before and thought we were on the same page. I get home and see peanut oil jugs. I am pretty sure a couple three times over 19 months is not going to do me in, or be the straw that broke the camels back, but once you learn something one can't un-ring that bell.
I thought the tallow fried turkey tasted better. Could have been a mind thing for me but I am pretty sure I felt a little better about it. LOL

Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Geezy in A massive F you to Seed Oil InfluencersI hear you Jamie. I find it disgusting since I learned the truth. There is a movement afoot out there and we have at least one advocate in Washington on our side but I’m afraid that there is just too much money on their side to do much damage to them. The best we can do is get the word out and fight them with our wallets.
Our Thanksgiving turkey was deep fried but we used lard. It’s definitely better than peanut oil.
-
Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Scott F. in A massive F you to Seed Oil InfluencersSo how, exactly, do you feel about seed oils? LOL
Agreed. I haven't had but a tad of seed oils in the last 19 months. We have eaten out two or three times over that period, one they were nice enough to scrape the grill and cook in butter, the second time they said they did but they didn't and the third time I didn't bother asking.
We don't eat out hardly ever, even before carnivore. We have a cabin next to the house and it has turned out to be everyone's favorite place to go.
We always ask, "wanna go out to eat tonight?", "maybe, but I will be good with a steak on the grill out at the cabin" and then., "the cabin it is".
My son deep fried a turkey for Thanksgiving and it was pretty good cooked in peanut oil. I fried one the following Saturday in tallow I had made and I "think' mine tasted better but several could not tell the difference.
But I agree, seed oils are no good.

Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Bob in Looks like Tapatalk is dyingIn the past it was painful to view forums on a mobile device, so Tapatalk was the solution.
It's not so important for us today though. The software than runs Carnivore Talk has a pretty good mobile display using a regular browser.

Thanks for the replies, links and welcome. Yes, I will search threads. I’m very grateful for the work Sally Norton has done on this issue, if it weren’t for her, lots of people like me would be going crazy trying to figure out what was happening, and probably most likely giving up the best diet change of their lives.

Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Copper in 😂 Thoughts About Bill Gates "Carbon Butter"?What an absolute joke of the highest order.
Everything bill touches turns to complete garbage.
What do you think about this carbon butter bs?
PS: For those who don't know essentially bill gates is investing in a company that makes butter made from carbon dioxide...
Naturally the mainstream media picked up on this story and are pushing the climate narrative extra hard as per usual from big media.

I must be missing something here, but who would not be aware that butter came from cows?

Jamie Henry Brown reacted to Bob in 🥩 What's Your Opinion On Raw Carnivore?I've had raw eggs in a glass of beer before, lol. And several months back I tried a bite of steak raw and some liver raw before I cooked it. Believe it or not the raw liver tasted better than the cooked liver. I had a bite of raw hamburger once, and the next day I had to superspeed to the bathroom a couple times, but that may have been coincidence.
Basically, a few things come into play here....
1) Raw will technically have more nutrients because cooking may break down some of the water-soluble vitamins (like B and C), whereas fat-soluable vitamins are more stable (D, E, and K). If you boil the food, minerals may leach into the water.
Is it enough to make a difference? Does this mean you are not getting the nourishment you need? No, it does not mean that. Cooked meat will still have plenty of nutrition for your body's needs.
2) Raw and undercooked meat carries a higher risk of bacteria and parasites. Someone in another group I am in found a worm in their steak the other day, and may have eaten part of it. It's hard to say if something will come of it or not. But if the steak was thoroughly cooked she will be fine.
The lesson here is trust your sources, inspect your meat. Fresh is best. I myself have gotten sick cooking a steak that was just a day or two past it's "use or freeze by" date but I thought it looked good enough to gamble with.

I tried raw hamburger, its a no go for me. but I drink raw eggs no problem.

I think I could handle raw ruminant meat, but not pork or poultry.
-
Jamie Henry Brown got a reaction from Bob in 🥩 What's Your Opinion On Raw Carnivore?I ask because I see a lot of disagreement between cooked and raw meat online.
N=1 But I've been eating more raw meat recently and have yet to be sick.
And I eat literally just supermarket ground beef so it's not super fancy.
So far I've had raw chicken breast, raw pork belly and raw mince beef (ground beef).
That being said it seems there's a Raw Carnivore and Cooked Carnivore standoff lol.
Personally I think either works fine.
If both sides could make love and fight the common vegan militants instead of friendly fire that would be great imho. ♥️
PS: Vertically streaming on YouTube eating raw meat sends people absolutely crazy. It's so funny. My new favourite hobby.
