π¨ Why Veganism Feels AMAZING In The Beginning
I made a short video on this but it's worth posting here as well so people from Google and here will find it. "π¨ Why Veganism Feels AMAZING In The Beginning. In this short video I explain why you feel great when you go vegan in the beginning. It doesn't last due to VAST nutritional deficiencies that occur long term. Most vegans quit within 5 years because they cite disastrous health problems. The randle cycle does not get activated when one begins vegan because they do low fat and high carb. Unlike the standard diet which is a mixed macro diet. Don't go vegan." Ps: I had to make a new channel due to being shadow banned for eating raw meat on my old one. :/

Why the βcalorieβ is not a good metric.
Calories are a measure of heat energy. The human body cannot use calories for metabolic purposes. Therefore any attempt at counting is null and void.

π₯© Carnivore diet fixes 99.9% of health issues, the biohacking routines are the .1%
Carnivore diet fixes 99.9% of issues. All the bio hacking stuff is the .1% People keep doing cold plunges and while I love them and they are a great cognitive boost and fat loss tool they are a very very small contributor to your health. It's kind of like using a band aid for a missing arm thinking it'll grow back if you do all those biohacking routines on a standard slop diet. Same with red light therapy, weight lifting, biopeptides, DDW water etc. All amazing things but they contribute very little if you eat slop. Making this post after seeing Bryan Johnson post about his complex routine and is a vegan...

I made my first semi serious educational video
I made a short wide video on what is meat thermogenesis: Lmk what you think. Basically meats sweats is because protein requires a lot of energy to break down and so it releases a load of heat if you eat tonnes of it. Which after eating 500 grams of meat happened lol.
