Good video on a terrible tragedy.

Eggs
I do the same. We went side by side riding in West Virginia and I had a sack full of hard-boiled eggs and a couple sacks of chuck eye steaks cut up. As easy as it gets when snacking on the stops along the trail. Scott -

Eggs in general or just boiled eggs? Unless it’s in some kind of salad such as tuna, salmon or chicken I generally only eat hard boiled eggs when I’m traveling. Easy food to carry with you. I love soft boiled eggs on chaffles. -

Scrambled, 4 eggs, then add a quarter cup of cottage cheese in the pan, stir. Before cooking, scramble with a bit of water and heavy cream for more fluff. Salt and pepper to taste, and bingo. -
