Starting now!
Thank you for the warm welcome all! Today is my 4th day on the carnivore diet. And I have to say, besides craving a sweet snack here and then, I feel no hunger whatsoever. The first day I had a headache solved it with some seesalt in a glass off water. But other than that I'm good. Already down. 3,5 kg's (7.7 pounds). Eating eggs, chicken, beef and ground beef mostly. -

New Carnivore
Back in the early 90’s I went Adkins and was very successful on it but in the beginning my wife, who was caught up in the modern nutrition, was adamantly against me doing it. I was adamant that I was going to do it with or without her. After about six months she saw the improvements in me and decided this wasn’t so bad after all. Well that lasted about 10 years or so but I finally stopped and went back to my old ways and got fat again. When I stated carnivore on May 9th 2023 she had no qualms about it. She knew I had done my research and trusted my judgment and supported me all the way. She doesn’t eat 100% like I do but she’s more keto now. So you need to do what’s best for you. This is your life and your body. Educate her on the science and testimonies of carnivore to help ease her worries. Maybe it will help. Either way though I wouldn’t allow my wife to stop me from improving my health. Good luck man. I hope you can turn her around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 1
