  1. I received my first order of LMNT… so far so good!
  2. I never could tolerate protein powders.. maybe my system is so sensitive… real food is hard to beat.

  6. I was taking Fast Lyte brand… not sure why but started noticing bruising in my legs.. more pain than usual, the night jitters… strange… would feel better when I took a dose but then it seemed to work against me… I had some old Dr. Berg brand in the pantry.. took 2 days of those and boom… all better… so not sure if that Fast Lyte brand (supposedly made in USA) was junk?? I am sensitive to stevia but may get some of the LMNT brand as they do have one version without it I believe… I have to be careful with taking to much as well… have thyroid issues and it gets stimulated too much so just trying to find a balance. Have a great Monday!

  24. Thanks @Scott F. I just have to stay ahead of it… since that episode, I’ve been taking more electrolytes.. extra magnesium and I am fine.

  26. Thanks @Scott F. . I was basically gritting my teeth - strange feeling. It did seem to pass some after the mag but who knows? Tonight taking more mag with my electrolyte powders.

  28. So woke up this morning feeling quite jittery…. don’t know how else to describe it… had electrolytes last night.. plenty of potassium, sodium, some calcium and 200mg magnesium… had the same in the morning.. did eat quite a bit of protein yesterday. Still new to this and learning my lyte intake needs! Maybe needed more mag? Just had a dash of redman salt in a glass with more mag.. drinking water.. feeling better… thoughts?

  31. Thanks for the information. I wondered about that with something like blueberries when in season. I ate 2 hot dogs today at lunch, then some blueberries tonight, 3 eggs and 4 pieces of pork tenderloin. So far so good!
  32. Wow! I have fasted 48 hours before and felt like a super human lol. Thanks for the info. I am finding the hardest thing is to plan ahead or prepare for the meal. Where I work, the cafe does not have much in the way of beef every day. Still trying to figure it out.
  33. I started intermittent fasting last year and really started focusing on cutting carbs in the last few months. Now I want to try carnivore. What is the max carbs one should eat in a day and would a nut butter or berries be ok? I am NOT a salad person lol.
