How and what i eat.
Well, IMHO, not super bad. In part it depends where u at on your journey. If you earlybin your journey you got numbers to compare to next blood work. If u can eat close to zero carb. Retest b in 3 to 4 months.

How and what i eat.
HDL 87, TRi 59, LDL 161, TOT 260 Are from 2 months ago, Triglyceride abd HDL are very nice. I not worried about LDL. Some go up. Some down, some no change. I am allergic to ststins, so no dr discussion. Not sure what change is 'sky rocket'

Quarterly PCP visot
Just about 3 weeks will visit my PCP. Mostly to maintain my records ad keep up my insulin and CGM prescriptions. I go not know if any blood work will be done or ordered. My PCP and I coexist. They write about me in their notes. He refused flue shot and all recommended vaccines. Patient is non compliant. Patients Ketogenic Diet remain a health risk. The patient insists on a 'normal' A1c of 5.6 or less. Patient was advised that for his age his A1c should be more like 7. All my metabolic traits are good to excellent. Routing blood work is all very good. The doctor is always intrigued mt kidney function is so darn good. I get the feeling my doctor is disappointed in not finding some issue. I allergic to statins so no help for my over 100 LDL. All my heart tests come back with wonderful good results. And I am took it at risk for a stroke. I hope never happens, just to show them, lol U all be well

How and what i eat.
My usual diet is best described as BBBE (Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs). My eating takes place in a 1 to 2 hour window. I eat about 12 to 20 ounces of beef and 4 to 6 eggs each day. I consume 1 pound of bacon a week. Most of my meat is 85/15 ground beef or chuck eye steak marked down for quick sale (currently @ 6 dollars a pound. With the mark down).. I drink black coffee whenever I want to. I get thru the holidays eating as above. If I visit others I tote the necessary food with me. I have a severe addiction to carbohydrates. I battle it with coffee when triggered. In November I buy 9 packages of 8 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese and make 3 cheesecakes. One pumpkin, one chocolate, one plain/vanilla/touch of lemon. I freeze portions in my portion size containers. If I travel some go with me. They make my holidays ! They are extremely low carb and have no crust. At any time of the year, I may resort to a Cheese Cake or Carnivore Custard. My birthday is usually a chocolate cheesecake. However, a key lime one is on my mind. My food budget runs about 50 -60 $ a week, 250 dollars a month maximum for now. Be well

The Medicare Insurance Plan Selection
All in all there are so many variables. Like my CGM, one plan is no cost, each month walmart calls and I pick up two Libre 2 Plus sensors, no copay. The other plan uses a medical supply company and the co pay is $ 52 a month. But this plan has other advantages. Looking at the costs, in the final tally the price for either is about the same. This is if my information is correct, lol

first dry fast
Interesting, as for me I just do one meal a day. I did some fasting and few years ago but could not detect ant benefits in doing so. I try to keep my rhythm at a consistent level. I wish there was a short answer to me ever healing. Meanwhile I keep it simple and be close to zero carb. Be well

The Medicare Insurance Plan Selection
Been at it for a month i am 69, so not my first go at this. I have found an outstanding independent broker. He has the best plan for my needs so far. Just have to clear up a few details. Prices are up this year, but a plan that fits can save mo n ey and lower one's financial risk. Be well

I am a carnivore, without apologies
Some of my doctors do not like what I do very much. I am similar to a type 1 dialect. So I decide on my insulin and dosing. And yes I sometimes guide myself with other things. I am labeled as a non conformant/compliant patient. I do not take vaccinations. Ot bothers some of them that I am allergic to all statins. They warn me my 129 LDL is going to stroke me out. They are amazed at my heart abd kidney strength and wellness. My endrinconologist is more cool about things. One of his colleagues is carnivore for diabetes. U all be well

first dry fast
I donot fast any more, never saw any results from it. I just do OMAD. Views differ around the subject. I do think there is a time for it to be beneficial. But I do not know when that may be. Just not sure anout it. If I away from home I may fast to travel or work. Eat when I return home

I am a carnivore, without apologies
Diabetic for 30 plus years. Some my doctors seem disappointed at my health and strong kidney function. At age 60 and eating a Ketogenic diet they take every opportunity to test my heart, i always get very good results. On doctor said we'll u may not have a heart issue but you most likely will have a stroke ! My last HDL was 83, triglycerides 49. Is hard to not laugh at the doc in the office. I waiting for my insulin dose to be like < 10 units.

I am a carnivore, without apologies
I started on July 1, 2021. Was low cab, kept lowering carbs. 14 months was carnivore. I am most likely a LADA Diabetic. C-PEPTIDE TEST slows low level of insulin production. So I more like a Type 1 Diabetic (T1DM)

I am a carnivore, without apologies
My focus is on the carnivore diet and keeping it simple. So my diet is primarily Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs (BBBE). I am Not adding any significant amount of carbs or anything fermented. Both of those are above my comprehension level. My carbohydrate in take is always under 10 grams per day. I eat no organs or sardines. My monitoring is mostly from my Libre 2 Plus CGM. I target a blood Glucose range of 70 to 140 mg/dL. I closely watch my daily BGL graph and 7 day BGL average. I currently using only Lantus, a long acting insulin. With above mentioned diet i do not need any rapid acting insulin. Exercise is walking 3 to 4x a week for 40 minutes at a time. 200+ standing calf ups and sitting heel ups a day, sometimes many more. Supplements are D3/K2, Iodine, CoQ10. I eat mostly OMAD. My BGL is on average 120, using 30 Units of Lantus insulin per day on a split dose. Long range i hope to decrease this dose. I am in my previous stated BGL range 95+ percent of the time. I keep a close eye on: 1. BGL 2. Blood Pressure 3. HDL 4. Triglycerides 5. Height / waist ratio 6. Body mass in lbs
