Your numbers are very normal for a carnivore as far as the cholesterol. Your doctor is ignorant and doesn’t understand what cholesterol is and how it works in the body. He also doesn’t seem to understand the real cardiovascular risk factor and that is your Tryglyceeides to HDL ratio. Yours is stellar. Tell your doctor to go pound sand. Yes, your A1C is high but that can be many things including what were you doing before your blood test. Exercise, eating, poor sleep, stress…these can affect your test results. Do you eat a strict carnivore diet or do you allow carbs, even hidden carbs into your diet? These can factor in. Do you eat or drink dairy? Are you eating too much protein and not enough fat? Review your eating habits to see if there are any carbs that are getting in.

Nothin beats catching your supper. 10.6 pound blue cat. Two big beautiful filets and a bunch of belly meat. Egg washed, coated in pork rind panko and deep fried in tallow. Heart attack style. First batch done and more to go. Good eats right there folks. Fresh from lake to table in just a few hours.

A chuck roast needs to be cooked slowly in a crockpot or in a deep pan in the oven ant a low temperature for a long time. I put a splash of bone broth in my crockpot then season the roast and place it in the pot. Cover it and turn it on low. You can do this just before you go to bed and it will be done in the morning.
