I'm new to carnivore and on day 103 today. I was experiencing terrible and different cramping than I've ever had before. I too played around with Magnesium, potassium, salt, electrolytes, different amounts of water and I would get some relief but never took away the mid sleep wake ups resulting in walk arounds in the house until the cramps went away. I tried the Saltt Minerals, within two days, I slept through the night. Only downside is it taste terrible. I take a tsp twice a day and chug it in 6 to 8 ounces of water. Lab work is better than guessing to find out what you are actually deficient in. I empathize with you because the cramps are super painful. Wishing you a speedy remedy to help with the cramping.
