  1. I use instant pot for 8 minutes too, but I try to quick release. The cracked eggs "eggspan", but then contract in the ice water. Sometimes they blow up, but I just eat the one or two that do right off.
  2. One can of cod liver. I can't help but eat the whole can. I try not to eat them too often. Soooo good! That's just breakfast, I'm sure there will be some steak later today.
  3. ........t I just learned this too, just in the past year! I crack them against the counter or another flat surface. When you do it on the edge of the bowl it shoves eggshells inside, but not so on a flat surface I have also learned that if you lightly crack the eggs on the fat end just before boiling they are much easier to peel.
  4. hard boiled eggs, goat cheese, leftover London broil and blade steaks. 3eggs sunny side up and bacon...oh and two jones links sausages. I tried to tell myself to not eat after 5, but that didn't work. At about 6:30 I had a small cup of Greek yogurt with cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Now I'm done. I have just spent an absurd amount of time trying to put progress photos onto a document. I'm sure there is some snappy app for that, but I did it the remedial way.
  5. What do you all do with your suet. I see it at my store but I'm scared. Can you just slice a chunk off and eat it as is, or do you have to render it?
  6. The other channel I mentioned is Allie Brightwell She is very inspiring, doesn't have immune issues, but she has struggled with struggling if you know what I mean.
  7. yes, I have a low tolerance for any sort of grift. I'm sure she's helped people with her program and all. I just wish more people knew there is great support here, for free!
  8. Oh, I misunderstood, I thought you were new to this woe. Sounds like you've made a great start. Have you seen Judy Cho on YouTube, she has some great info on healing. I don't really to watch Bella, she's uses a lot of clickbait and I have a hard time with her delivery. I'm not much of a mukbang person. There is another lady that keeps coming up on my feed, but I'm not sure her name. She's younger sometimes does videos with her dad. He has his own channel. I really like This channel too!
  9. Eh doesn't matter. Thanks for sharing her channel though. I find her very relatable.
  10. That tracts! muscle mass=mitochondria. Skeletal muscle is second only to heart. And largest muscles are in your lower body.
  11. Aha advice for diet...so yeah ..since were not really taking their advice for that, than why worry about. If it makes you feel better keep monitoring it. But try not to worry. I can't emphasize this enough. Worrying will elevate it for sure.
  12. 120/80 has been engrained in my mind as normal. So either this is an example of "Mandela effect" or they have been fussing with the standard of care to sell more drugs. I wouldn't worry about it if it stays there at 120 over 80.
  13. 120/80 is considered normal. It seems that you were low, perhaps this is a sign that your thyroid has healed. I wouldn't worry unless it continues to trend up
  14. I fell asleep before I got there, lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ I really like the thumbnail that says " no safe amount" or something similar
  15. I second this, the book really emphasized what to eliminate although it doesn't recommend carnivore specifically. Some questions to answer for yourself. What is your why? Are you a rip off the bandaid quickly...or a little bit at a time? What diet have you been doing? I would start by eliminating seed oils and added sugar. While increasing fat over time. If you have been eating low-fat it takes a bit for your bile to catch up and remember what it's job is.
  16. We were very lucky. My school made very good food and I never had cold lunch except for field trips. In HS it was a la carta...none of it looked good ... family was struggling due to recession ... I usually didn't eat until I got home at the end of the day. The unintentional omad was the only thing keeping me from becoming obese

  18. This channel is perfect for me ATM. When I stumbled last fall I was really feeling insecure about being extreme or orthorexic. And now I am recognizing that my desire to nourish my body with nutrients and avoid hindering poisonous ingredients is normal and not at all extreme.
  19. This Channel is great for noobs or anyone struggling with addiction.
  20. He came up in mine as well, but he has a video on slow jogging,๐Ÿคจ so I tapped out as soon as I saw that. Eat bacon, no jogging. Sprinting all the way!
  21. I drink decaf for the same reason. I have tried plain hot water, but I can only just tolerate it.
  22. I am ready that now!
