Miranda got a reaction from jdaddy in 2 weeks in, stress thru the roofI agree with @Geezy , perhaps your transition was too upbrupt. Check out Bart Kay's channel. He suggests transitioning over several weeks. Are you just eating the grass fed beef you mentioned? Another channel for optimization is Dr Sean O'Mara. He is big into ferments and plant phenols.

Miranda reacted to Geezy in Happy Mothers DayFor all our mothers both past and present I would like to thank you and bless you for all you have done. May God bless you all abundantly.
“Strength and dignity are her clothing, And she smiles at the future. She opens her mouth in wisdom, And the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. She looks well to the ways of her household, And does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and bless her; Her husband also, and he praises her, saying: “Many daughters have done nobly, But you excel them all.” Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her the product of her hands, And let her works praise her in the gates.”
Proverbs 31:25-31

Miranda reacted to Bob in Did Humans Evolve To Eat Meat?Cain no doubt toiled to produce his offering. God accepted grain offerings later on in the law of Moses, and God makes no mention of the manner in which the offering was made. But some other verses help draw a clearer picture....
The implication here is that Cain lacked faith. Now compare this thought with this verse....
So it would seem that God did not look with any favor upon Cain himself, and not just his offering.
As a loving father, God even tried to correct Cain....
The language here implies that Cain was not regularly doing good, but rather regularly doing bad deeds. So it runs much deeper than his offering of fruits and vegetables.

Miranda reacted to Geezy in Did Humans Evolve To Eat Meat?As a Bible believer I’m a creationist and if we look at Genesis we see something very similar to what the article is stating. When God created us we and all of creation were plant eaters. At some point in time we started eating meat but we aren’t exactly sure when. There is no specific mention of man eating meat until after the flood.

My son ordered wagu steaks from Snake River farms. His wife bought him a new Grill Master grill for his birthday. And my grandson turned a 1/2 year old celebrating his first six months. This is his first taste of the meats, and he may have liked it a bit too much.

Miranda reacted to Scott F. in Post a picture... Any pictureMy son ordered wagu ribeye steaks and this picanha from Snake River Farms. Way more than I would pay for a cut of meat but I think the picanha tonight was maybe the best thing I ever ate in my life.
He knocked it out of the park. I thought the steaks the other night were something but this things takes the cake. This cut was $90 and the two ribeyes were $100 a piece. Too rich for my blood, and as much as it hurts me to say (being really cheap) it is well worth the price of admission. LOL

I find that to be interesting. What marks the difference between either foods since they are both grain based? One processed and the other isn’t? Or is it another ingredient in the making of the bread and not just the grain?
It’s not genes that cause weight gain but hormones. Insulin resistance.
Glad to see that science is finally starting to catch up with what us uneducated people already know. Give it another 100 years and they might actually learn the complete truth.

Miranda reacted to Geezy in Carnivore kids? Fox news videoI have been learning in my spiritual life that to denigrate someone who is made in the image of God is the same as denigrating God Himself so I’ll refrain from calling this, so called, doctor by any names other that ignorant. Which he is. He has obviously never studied the carnivore diet or ever experienced anyone who has been a long term carnivore. I noticed that he is obese and doesn’t look very healthy….i wonder why?
I would love to see a debate between him and a real doctor like Dr. Ken Berry.

Miranda reacted to Geezy in Inside Robert F Kennedy Jr's controversial diet of red meat and fermented foodsI got into an argument on quora about the MD and this guy just insisted that it was real so I asked him how long had he lived in the Mediterranean. Of course he had never been there. I let him know that I worked and lived in the Mediterranean area in Greece and Turkey and no one ate anything close to what The Mediterranean Diet proclaimed. His response was that just because I lived there it didn't mean the diet wasn’t real. Oh well, you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink.
-
Miranda reacted to Bob in Inside Robert F Kennedy Jr's controversial diet of red meat and fermented foodsI've heard that over there they chuckle at the term "mediterranean diet" that we use over here, and that it's not even close. One short/reel if someone from the mediterranean said that a mediterranean diet is essentially "If it moves, eat it" lol

Miranda reacted to Scott F. in So many misinformed people.....and some of us just stumbled upon it by happen chance.
I didn't know carnivore form keto from animal based to anything. My sone walked up on the porch and I noticed he had lost some weight. He said he was on the carnivore diet and was only eating meats and water. I jumped in head first.
I was learning/listening to reason well after the benefits started. And the funniest part is that I had no idea of any of the benefits other than weight loss.
The good Lord looks after fools and drunks and since I don't drink............you can figure out the rest.

Miranda got a reaction from Bob in Eye-opening study into ultra-processed foods and your risk of heart problemsBetter advice. Think of ultra processed foods as if they are cigarettes. Because that's exactly how healthy they are

There is no such thing.

Miranda reacted to Scott F. in Inside Robert F Kennedy Jr's controversial diet of red meat and fermented foodsAgreed.
I watched a video with him doing pull-ups with the Secretary of Defense with some young military guys.
He looks to be in really good health, physically, and from what I read a straight carnivore guy.
He might be a politician we can believe. LOL
